Hey! Is this the right place to ask?

I would like to offer an advertising service to earn some mush. I would post an ad for someone , in sales chat, just how I would for my own ads. I could do forum topics, sale/breeding wolves, raffles, auctions, market send, etc, whatever people wanted. If I can get it to work, is this allowed? Which forum section would I set up shop in?
